At Caratwink, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your diamond jewelry purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

  • Custom-designed or engraved items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

    The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.
